Holiday Payday Loans

Saturday, August 11th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Peter_Garant]Peter Garant Some of these holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, and New Years. Thanksgiving is usually celebrated with a turkey, and Christmas means gifts to be given. But these two holidays are too near each other. And these can easily drain a persons finances. To help the beleaguered pockets of persons celebrating the holidays, and to prevent spoiling the cheerful seasons because of a lack of funds, a few lenders offer holiday payday loans. Like the usual payday loans, these holiday loans can be obtained by submitting an online application. The processing is also as quick. That is, the loaned amount can be obtained during the next day. For example, when a person does not have enough money to buy food for the Christmas Eve, he may file for a loan on the day before Christmas Eve and get the needed money in the morning, with enough time to shop. Holiday payday loans, like the regular payday loans, can be obtained if a person meets the usual minimum requirements. There will be no credit checks and often, no faxing of documents. But what makes holiday loans different from regular payday loans is the main purpose of the loan, which is to meet extra expenses. Payday loans can help ease up the financial pressures brought about by the holiday seasons, especially if a person was not given any bonus. The absence of a bonus is not usually an accepted reason to ignore the holidays and to refuse preparing any special activity. There are last-minute gifts to buy. The Christmas tree needs to be replaced. Relatives are coming to visit. And the kids have been requesting for new clothes. With payday loans, a person can meet all these demands. And a persons social life does not necessarily suffer due to lack of funds. Another valuable aspect of holiday loans is that the few lenders who grant them offer an additional incentive. That is, the service fee is no longer charged if the borrower pays the full loaned amount on the due date. In other words, getting a holiday loan is simply using your own salary earlier and with practically no additional costs. The payday loan can be described as free. This is probably one way of lenders to spread around the generous holiday spirit. The Human Fuel

Friday, August 10th, 2007

By Waheed Elqalatawy Carbohydrates resemble the main source (about 90%) of energy requirements of humans living away from extremely cold weather ( pole). How much we take them? how the body deals with them? what is the impact of them on the body?. This is what we are going to discuss now. Carbohydrates are present in many chemical forms: -Mononmolecular form is either 5 or 6 carbon atoms. -Dimolecular form which is a combined 2 monosaccharide (6 carbon atoms each). -Oligosaccharide wich is formed of few combined monosaccharides. -Polysaccharides( polymolecular chunks) of glucode. Pentoses (5 carbon) are present in nature in bound forms, and oligosaccharides are of structural value (e.g.Antigens), but the disaccharides specially sucrose (sugar of commerce) which may make up as much as 40% of carbohygrate intake, and the polysaccharide starch, with glucose as the building unit of both, are abundant in nature and are relevant to energy production in humans. Glucose is the most important molecule in carbohydrate metabolism.-It can be catabolised (broken down gradually) in the cytoplasm to produce some energy as in muscle cell or red blood cell, and its catabolic products are oxidized in the cell energy house(mitochondria) to produce larger amounts of energy. Glycogen is the storage form of carbohydrates in human body to meet rapid demand of glucose or enargy (fat is the other storage form). The only human that can store glycogen in high amounts is the fetus before birth, however adult human can only store small amounts of it: -Adult stores about 1/2 lb of glycogen in the liver which breaks it down during starvation to be completely depleted within 24 hours, the first thing the liver does after meals is to restore the normal glycogen store. -Adult stores another small amount of glycogen in muscles which never give it up to be kept for their energy needs during exercise. The human brain stores Glucose as is in the blood and the whole body is responisible for keeping a blood concentration within a narrow range, this is done primarily by the liver which can utilize glycerol (splitted from fat) and amino acids (from protein) to build up to 55 g glucose which accords precisely with the estimated energy requirements of the brain. Blood glucose can only highly fluctuate in diseases: 1- High levels in diabetes mellitus. Glucose can react with body proteins and modify them contributing to Cataract and other long term complications of diabetes. 2- Low levels near to 0 in Cancer, producing a muscle waste and general weakness(cachexia). The ability of cancer cells to absorb huge amounts of glucose led some scientists in the former Soviet Union and in Germany to flood blood with glucose to kill the cancer cell by its own produced high acidity through cytoplasmic glycolysis of this glucose. It proved some success in some cases. The surplus glucose is stored as FAT, the most efficient form as energy store on weight basis , man strategic energy resource which he never uses nor he needs, moreover, stored fat is a mechanical handicap and a health risk. If humans think that their main fuel is produced by Sun (through plant) and that Sun is present all the time they are present on earth, they would have thought about not to keep energy stores!, but when it comes to cookies, candies, bakeries, pasta, and desserts, who cares?Don’t you?. waheed elqalatawy writes simplescientific articles on health topics.Publish articles as long as you don’t change them and you include my URL:www.waheedelqalatawy.blogspot.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Waheed_Elqalatawy http://EzineArticles.com/?The-Human-Fuel&id=291773 teen we with on big between tits came fucked could japanese do street still video our pulling her down where shirts if showing same tits should pics only of see tits would hardcore are big had tits been

Your Marketing Plan - Prerequisite to Success

Thursday, August 9th, 2007

By Greg Roworth Marketing is a vital aspect of a business operations. It has been said that, Nothing happens in business until a sale is made. Marketing is about how sales are made and marketing planning is about being proactive in determining how sales are to be made. Developing a marketing plan is the tool businesses use to overcome weaknesses in competitiveness and to increase sales. Without a marketing plan, a business can only be reactive to changes in the market and competition. This situation means that management is always trying to catch up to everyone else. A marketing plan can put the boot on the other foot. The process of developing a marketing plan means that management is now being proactive, developing positive strategies and initiatives to create competitive advantage and boost sales. The Planning Process The planning process involves finding answers to a number of important questions: Do we have enough customers? Who are our current customers and potential customers? What do the customers want? Where are the customers? How do we inform the customers about us, our products and services? How do we enable our customers to buy? How do we put our product or service into the customers possession? Answering these questions requires research and thought about all aspects of marketing. The process enables the development of competitive advantages and differentiation between the way a business does business and how its competitors do business. The Result The result of putting together a marketing plan is a business that is more in control of its sales strategies and results. Advertising and promotions are planned and structured to achieve specific results. Effective sales methods are developed and sales staff are trained and made accountable for both activities and results. If implemented properly, the marketing plan forges partnerships between the sales team and other personnel in other functions, creating an efficient, cohesive organisation. Career Advancement: Using an Unexpected Job Offer to Bargain for a Raise

Monday, August 6th, 2007

By Bonnie Lowe Many of us are happy with our current jobs, but a little bump in salary would usually be nice. What would you do if a headhunter called out of the blue and offered you a position at a different company–for more money? Would you be tempted to use that job offer as a bargaining chip for a raise or promotion? It’s a risky move, but one worth looking into… carefully. The first thing you need to do is decide how appealing the new job offer is. How much better is it than what you have now? Would you seriously consider leaving your current company and starting over with a new employer? What would need to change in order for you to decline the new offer and stay where you are? A promotion or raise? More responsibility? Before you talk to your boss, decide what you want, and what you’re willing to do if you don’t get it. If you really don’t want to leave, don’t pretend you do just to negotiate a raise. Your boss may call your bluff! Just explain that you received an unsolicited offer that you are not seriously considering, but which has prompted you to want to discuss your future. If you are undecided about whether to take the new job or not, discuss the possibility with your boss in a noncommittal way. You might say, “I have been contacted about a new opportunity, and I’d like your advice on figuring out what’s best for my future.” Discuss the terms of the other job, and what you’re most interested in–the salary, other benefits, more responsibility, etc. Give your boss the opportunity to make a counteroffer, but do not threaten to leave if this doesn’t happen. No one responds well to blackmail. Keep this in mind–even if your bargaining efforts are successful and you get what you want and decide to stay, your boss may now have a lesser opinion of you. Your loyalty may be in doubt, and even if the negotiation process was very nonthreatening, your boss may resent having to go through the process at all. Consider the consequences for either outcome before you use a job offer as a bargaining chip! Getting Started: 5 Things You Need to Decide When You Get Started with a Job Search

Sunday, August 5th, 2007

By Jeff Altman There are few things more frustrating for a headhunter than asking a person basic questions that revolve around what you as a job hunter are looking for in a job and being given uncertain answers. Im not talking about salary; thats a question where a wise person states a target objective and is flexible enough to let the market decide their value. Im speaking about these basic questions: 1. What is your current compensation? The three wrong answers are: (1) a lie (A lie will be found out generally after youre hired. You know what happens then? While youre out to lunch or have gone home one day, your ability to login while be terminated and security will be waiting for you at your desk with your personal items packed to escort you from the premises). (2) I wont tell you (This reveals that your salary is much lower than the amount advertised and that you are seeking a big bump). (3) Do you really need to know that (Yes. I do because my client will want to know. They will ask it on their form. Many companies will terminate an interview for refusing to answer) ? 2. Geographically, whats acceptable to you. Some people are willing to drive more than others. Some people must follow mass transit routes. Some people are willing to relocate at a companys expense or are willing to relocate on their own for the right opportunity. Think about it. 3. Whats not working for you that is prompting you to want to look for another job? Most of the time, money is not the only factor. Be prepared to discuss your reasons maturely. An immature answer would be, I hate my job, or My boss is an idiot. Instead, try this oneI would like to leave consulting and move to industry so that I can avoid the heavy travel that is keeping me away from my family too much. 4. What are you looking for in a new position? Nine times out of ten, people dont think of this when they speak to me. What am I supposed to do? Guess? I know it when I see it isnt helpful either. 5. What was the corporate culture like that you were working in? Did you like it? What did you like about it? What didnt you care for? Let me know if I should replicate your current work environment in your next firm with more money and more interesting work . . . or not! Take some time before posting your resume to decide what is important to you and you will find that your interviews will be better . . . and so will your results! Mauled At The Mall!

Friday, August 3rd, 2007

By Matthew Keegan I love shopping. Online, that is. No crowds at the malls and certainly no jostling for a parking space. Why would anyone want to traverse crowded New Jersey streets only to go to an equally crowded mall staffed by rude sales staff? Okay, I’m exaggerating. There are plenty of nice people working at the malls and the internet doesn’t give you the “touchy-feely” you can get at a store by examining a product up close and personal, but with so many nice downtown shopping areas in New Jersey why not visit one of these instead? I grew up in Ridgewood and at that time it was a town with a real downtown. No slight against the village now, but there are a disproportionate amount of restaurants and not enough stores to choose from. At least give us guys a hardware store to browse in for crying out loud! My Ridgewood memories bring me back to the time when Woolworth’s and The Big Store dominated East Ridgewood Avenue. Woolworth’s, as you know, was the nation’s chief “5 and 10″ store for many years in many American towns. By the time I was a kid growing up in the 1960s and 1970s there were precious few things selling for a nickel or even a dime. Except for goldfish, I think. What kid didn’t at some point have a fifty cent glass fishbowl lined with green rocks on the bottom and one or two goldfish floating around? I know that I did. Woolworth’s is gone, now just a memory. Right next door to Woolworth’s was The Big Store. All I know about it was that the store was as large as Woolworth’s, it had wooden floors with fresh sawdust on it, and it seemed to sell mostly small appliances, tools, notions, linens, etc. Their stock seemed almost like what Woolworth’s carried, but different. In the eyes of an eight year old, the stock didn’t matter, what mattered was the sawdust on the floor. What mall today has sawdust on the floor? None that I have visited! Without harping on Ridgewood or covering sketchy history, I still like certain downtowns. Montclair is my picture of an ideal shopping district. Maybe I should say, “districts” as the middle part of the township centered around Bloomfield Avenue isn’t the only place to shop. Other notable shopping areas in Montclair can be found in the Watchung Plaza area as well as along Valley Road in Upper Montclair. All three areas have plenty of stores to choose from and two have a feature that I like best: in-town movie theatres! Yes, there is something about attending a movie in a building that was built years before you were born, where the walls are fairly thick and you don’t hear the movie from the theatre next door while watching your movie. I particularly appreciate that once the movie is over I can visit art galleries nearby or go over to the coffee shop for something hot. Montclair offers all that and more. Glen Rock’s downtown is special. Where else can you find a shopping district hemmed in by two railroad lines? In Glen Rock you can! The downtown area is a great place to walk around and they have some nice stores to boot, including hardware stores. While you are there, check out the rock in the glen just south of the business district located on Doremus Avenue at Rock Road. Cool, very cool. Bloomfield’s downtown lacks parking, but it doesn’t lack potential. The townspeople are in the process of working on long term plans to build a parking garage and attract new businesses. My best guess is if they are successful in their efforts, Bloomfield will be a nice alternative to Montclair. Over in Clifton is the Botany Village shopping district, near Passaic. Lots of nice little shops to visit and certainly a place that will remind old timers of shopping districts that have gone bye-bye! I’m sure that I’ll catch “heck” for not naming other towns, but that isn’t the point of my short narrative. Rather, check out the shopping areas in nearby towns and see what they have to offer. It certainly beats being jammed in at the Willow-brook Mall or waiting in traffic on Route 4 in Paramus. Online shopping is a good alternative, but you still have to make your own coffee and, usually, what you can find downtown is a lot tastier. Happy shopping! Collectors Guide to Real Photo Postcards

Thursday, August 2nd, 2007

By R Heavner What is a Real Photo Postcard? Real photo postcards are actual photographs that have been printed in a darkroomon postcard paper. Cards that are based on real photos but are printed by lithographyor other methods are not considered real photo postcards. A very brief history: In 1903 the Eastman Kodak Company developed photographic printing paper. Shortly there after they introduced theaffordable No.3A Folding Pocket Kodak camera which allowed the general public to take photos and print themon paper with postcard backs. A small “door” in the back of the camera allowed the user towrite a caption on their photo with an attached scribe. Early real photo postcards that are identifiable are one of a kind creations and are highly sought after by collectors. Other real photo cards were produced in quantity by publishers such as Bamforth and Valentine. While still quite desirable to collectors, they do not hold quite the same allure as amateur postcards. How to identify real photo postcards: 1.) Look at the postcard through a magnifying glass. If the image is comprised of a series of dots (similar to whatyou would see in a magazine or news photo), the card is not a real photo. 2.) The paper used in real photo postcards is frequently identified in the stamp box by name andof symbols. A few of the more common are EKC, DOPS, Velox, AZO, Kodak, and ANSCO. Many of the mass producedpostcards will simply have printed on the reverse “Real Photo Postcard”. 3.) As noted above, real photo cards will often have a hand printed caption.4.) Early real photo cards will sometimes have a shiny “patina” which is due to the oxidation of silver deposits. Dating real photo postcards: If the card is used, the postmark date is the obvious choice in determining the relative age. Keep in mind however that the photographermay have taken the actual photo many years before it was posted. For unused postcards thepaper type noted in the stamp box can be used to correlate an approximate age. Valuation: Determining the value of any postcard can often be a very subjective. A card worth a great deal to one individual due toa particular subject may have little or no value to another collector. As a general rule, postcards will an identificationof the subject are more valuable than unidentified cards. Likewise, cards of smaller towns, transportation subjects, or cards with an identifiable subject within the photo (i.e. a store sign or truck company)tend to be of greater value. Age and condition of the postcard are also determinants of value. Good references for postcard valuation are the J.L. Mashburn Postcard Price Guides.
