Seven Basic Bible Facts Every Christian Should Know and Believe

Saturday, March 29th, 2008

By Robert C. Brock FACT NO. 1That the Bible MUST be rightly divided in order for it to make sense. Notice what it says: “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, RIGHTLY DIVIDING the Word of truth” (II Tim. 2:15). This is one of the cardinal rules for interpreting the whole Bible. Neglect of this rule or a faulty use of it will lead to only one result, CONFUSION, since our God is not the author of confusion. The reason for a right division of the Bible is because of God’s two distinct purposes: (1) His purpose concerning Israel and the world according to PROPHECY, and (2) His purpose concerning the Gentiles in this present age according to the MYSTERY revealed to Paul. God doesn’t want us to confuse the teaching of these two purposes. He has very graciously given us the key for a proper understanding of this. FACT NO. 2That the DISTINCTIVENESS of Pauline truth is a most important doctrine of the Bible. The risen Lord Jesus Christ revealed His heart and His mind to the Apostle Paul: “But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it but by THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST” (Gal. 1:11,12). “If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward; how that BY REVELATION He made known unto me the MYSTERY…” (Eph. 3:2,3). This proves conclusively that Paul did not preach what the 12 Apostles preached. Rather he went up to Jerusalem to TELL THEM of the special gospel of grace that Christ gave to him (Gal. 2:2). He preached Jesus Christ according to the REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY which was kept secret, hid in God (Rom. 16:25; Eph. 3:9). He was the Apostle to the Gentiles and magnified his office (Rom. 11:13). FACT NO. 3That the gospel we are to preach is called the Gospel of the grace of God. “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify THE GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD” (Acts 20:24). This is God’s only message for the lost in this present age. We are to follow Paul as he followed Christ (I Cor. 11:1). In his writings ALONE do we find the doctrine, position, walk, and destiny of the Christian. Some other important aspects of grace are: 1. We are saved by GRACEEph. 2:8,9. 2. We are justified freely by His GRACERom. 3:24; Titus 3:7. 3. His GRACE is sufficient for usII Cor. 12:9. 4. We are not under Law but under GRACERom. 6:14,15. 5. This age is the age of GRACE Eph. 3:2. 6. We are to approach the throne of GRACE in prayerHeb. 4:16. FACT NO. 4That the Bible definitely teaches that water baptism was and is a part of Israel’s religion (Heb. 6:1,2; 9:10). It was for the remission of sins and was by sprinkling (Mark 1:4; Acts 2:38; Ezek. 36:25). In this age there is only ONE baptism, not two: “One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM” (Eph. 4:5). This baptism is the placing of the Christian into the Church, the Body of Christ, by the Holy Spirit: “For by one SPIRIT are we all BAPTIZED INTO ONE BODY, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit” (I Cor. 12:13). This baptism takes place once for all at the time of salvation. The Apostle Paul was not sent to baptize with water: “For Christ sent me NOT TO BAPTIZE but to preach the gospel…” (I Cor. 1:17). Only a change in God’s purpose would necessitate a statement like this. There is no importance attached to water baptism, today. It is not a part of Christianity and only causes confusion. FACT NO. 5That we must understand the two-fold ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. During His earthly ministry He ministered exclusively to Israel: “But He answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the HOUSE OF ISRAEL” (Matt. 15:24). His whole ministry to the Nation was under the Law of Moses (Matt. 5:17; Gal. 4:4,5). Christians are not under the Law so we are not to live according to Israel’s teachings. During His present ministry in Heaven, He is ministering according to what He revealed to the Apostle Paul. He is saving men according to His gospel of Grace. He is at the throne of grace making intercession for us (Rom. 8:34). We are to live in Paul’s epistles where pure Christianity is found. This is not to say we should neglect the rest of the Bible. It is ALL for us but not all TO us (I Cor. 10:6,11). FACT NO. 6That SIGNS belong to the Nation of Israel and its religion: “For the JEWS REQUIRE A SIGN, and the Gentiles seek after wisdom” (I Cor. 1:22). Speaking in tongues is a SIGN: “Wherefore TONGUES are for a SIGN, not to them that believe but to them that believe not…” (I Cor. 14:22). In Jesus’ day, those who sought after signs were called an evil and adulterous generation (Matt. 12:39). The eight miracles of the Gospel of John are properly called SIGNS, which included the rising of Lazarus from the dead; and in the commission of Mark 16:15-18, water baptism is associated with SIGNS. This is proved in the book of Acts because everywhere water baptism is mentioned a SIGN is mentioned in the immediate context. This present age is a signless age. We have been blessed with all SPIRITUAL blessings in the heavenlies in Christ (Eph. 1:3). This is where the emphasis lies for the Christian. FACT NO. 7That the COMMISSION the Church, the Body of Christ, is to work under, is found in II Corinthians 5:14-21 and Ephesians 3:9. The Kingdom commission of Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15-18 does not belong to God’s present grace purpose. The message of reconciliation has been committed to US, the Body of Christ. RESULTS: 1. The Christian would begin to perceive and grasp the deep things of God (I Cor. 2:10-12). 2. There would be a wonderful growth into spiritual maturity and adulthood (Eph. 4:12-15). 3. He would become a faithful steward of the mysteries of God (I Cor. 2:7; 4:1,2). 4. He would possess the Biblical answer to Satan’s false cults like Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons, Christian Scientists, Unitarians, Modernists, etc. They all borrow some aspects of Israel’s religion. 5. A mighty revival would take place if Christians would get back to Pauline truth. My friend, if you are not saved, the grace of God invites you to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. You are a sinner and need to be saved (Rom. 3:23). “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31). “…now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation” (II Cor. 6:2). It is infinitely better to receive Him and spend eternity in Heaven than to reject Him and spend eternity in the Lake of Fire! How To Prevent Stretch Marks

Friday, March 28th, 2008

By AJ Stamp Our outward appearance is very important to us. It determines our confidence, our moods, what we wear, and what we do. Stretch marks are permanent tears in the skin that make us feel self conscious about our appearance. If you know how to prevent stretch marks, you can keep your skin looking smooth and young. In this article we will discuss a few ways to help prevent the appearance of stretch marks. Knowing how to prevent stretch marks starts with taking care of your skin. The best way to do this is to make sure that you stay hydrated by drinking the appropriate amount of water every day. Water will not only help keep you healthy, but it will keep your skin cells hydrated and elastic. When your skin is dehydrated, fluctuations in your weight (either up or down) can cause permanent tears in your skin. While you are keeping your skin hydrated, make sure that fluctuations in your weight are gradual. Weight gain is a very common reason for stretch marks, but losing weight can also cause them. If you lose excessive weight too quickly, you can get stretch marks. You should also know how to prevent stretch marks with your diet. Water is the most important nutrient for keeping your skin healthy and hydrated, but you should also make sure that your well-balanced diet is full of Vitamins A, C, and E, and zinc. A healthy diet will help to keep your largest organ, your skin, smooth and supple. While you’re working at keeping your skin healthy from the inside, you should also keep it healthy on the outside. Keep your skin moisturized with a good lotion containing Vitamin E or cocoa butter for best results. The best time to apply lotion is right after a shower, before your skin has too much time to dry. As you can see, there are many ways to help prevent stretch marks. What do you do if you already have stretch marks and you need to get rid of them? Visit our website for more information. Georgia Criminal Laws

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

By Jennifer Bailey A crime is anything that is illegal. Common crimes include street fights, drug use, and other such acts. The state government, through the public prosecutor, would file a criminal lawsuit. Criminals would either be fined, incarcerated or sometimes both, depending on the severity of the crime. The state of Georgia, like other states, has some common criminal laws. However, the state itself has also established some laws that are to be followed when arresting a person for any form of criminal act. Any act of defiance that might breach the public laws or completely neglect the same can be construed as an act of crime, and the state can file a lawsuit against the individual. Since criminal laws vary significantly in specific areas, criminals in the state of Georgia would require the services of a local criminal lawyer to help their cases. Hence, it is very important that the lawyer is well acquainted with the current laws that exist in the state at the time of arrest. A criminal lawyer would be able to fight the case in court if the individual is indeed innocent and being charged without undue reason. For guilty parties, getting the fine or incarceration lessened can be done with the help of a good attorney. Finding a lawyer from a specific area or county in Georgia is a good choice when charged with a crime. They would be able to keep up with the latest updates in the laws of that county or state. Even though an experienced and qualified lawyer is considered a boon, one who is from the same state is better than an experienced lawyer from any other state. A Georgian criminal defense or appeal lawyer would be able to provide excellent advice in all matters relating to legal and criminal procedures that need to be faced when an individual is charged with criminal acts in the state of Georgia. Available online are many websites belonging to legal companies housing hundreds of qualified and experienced lawyers in the state of Georgia. Also available online are a list of a persons rights when first arrested, such as keeping silent until a lawyer arrives. Contacting a lawyer at the earliest opportunity is a good option when arrested for a crime. Arranging for bail in a Georgia court is easier with a lawyer around to take care of the deed. Getting arrested can be a traumatic experience. A criminal lawyer, for both prosecution and defense, would be a necessity, due to the complicated laws and procedures that can be understood only by an attorney. A criminal attorney would be able to take care of all the tasks that are involved in getting bail or being released without any penalty or imprisonment. Zarqawi Is Dead, Will It Help?

Monday, March 24th, 2008

By Tim Tuohy Radical fundamentalists have been the boon of religions from the outset; one only needs to remember the Inquisition and the Crusades to understand that Islam is not the first religion that has allowed a few to go bad. However, of late I have been doing some research on the prophet Mohammed, if one wants to call him such, and I am becoming more confused as I go. First though, lets look at the religion the Romans called the Cult of Jesus. Objectively, we can look back through history and for a hundred or so years after Jesus lived there is precious little that survives. If it werent for the letters of Paul and a few references to Jesus and His crucifixion in Roman history, we may not have known about Him because the Jewish religion would probably have absorbed the Jerusalem Christians by the time the Temple was destroyed. That He is remembered at all is a testament not to men but to the power of the man who was Jesus. We can not lay hands on the historical figure of Jesus but we can be certain that He was here and that His life changed the world. Muhammad, like many successful leaders, broke with existing restraints in Islam by what Encyclopedia Britannica calls transformative conservatism. He expanded his authority; by giving existing practices a new history, he reoriented them; by assigning a new cause to existing problems, he resolved them. His character fit his historical situation perfectly. At least, in his Mecca years he was a consensus builder even if he was breaking down tribal beliefs in favor of a universal definition of the faith. However, when he moved to Medina, he began to provide for his community through caravan raiding. Thus, he invited hostility. He required all the Medinans to take sides. Initially he failed but that was followed by successes, at Nakhlah and Badr, against a large Meccan force; and they continued to succeed. From that time on, conversion to Islām involved joining an established political group, the successes of which were tied to its proper spiritual orientation, regardless of whether the convert shared that orientation completely. During his years in Medina a major doctrine of Islām emerged: the connection between material success and divine favor. It was during his years at Medina that he attempted to draw the Jews and Christians into his universal Islamic religion. When they refused his efforts and ignored his orders military solutions were exercised. Still, this is no different than any other political group, is it? However, during this period he began to proclaim that killing was an acceptable way to eliminate unbelievers. So he had a 100% conversion rate. You either converted or died. A practice that is still followed in many places in the world. Skip forward now to June 8, 2006. Zarqawi has been killed. How many other mini-me Muhammads exist in the religion? Will his death help? Will killing radical fundamentalist Muslims win the war, the war most of them see as a continuation of the Crusades? As in the days of the Inquisition, forced conversion does not work. What do you do with an enemy who thinks their death is holy and your death is justified? I am beginning to ask myself are we on the brink of a war with Islam? I am not prepared to accept ISlam as the way of life for my wife, daughter and son.We may not like the war we are in but it would do us well to remember it was not a war of our choosing. Bird Feeders: Look Who’s Coming to Dinner

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

By Allen Shaw Birds, birds, birds. They come in all shapes and sizes. They range in type from carnivores to herbivores. Birds have been the stars of their own movies. Birds have taught children the importance of personality over looks. Some are even the leaders of nations. Is it any wonder that bird watching is one of the world’s most practiced hobbies. People from all walks of life enjoy bird watching. Anyone can do it. All it requires is patience, a pair of binoculars and most importantly, a bird feeder. And there are many types. Depending what birds you want to attract will determine what kind of feeder to get. Hummingbird feeders are the most popular and come in two styles; inverted and basin style. The feeder usually has a small receptacle in which a sugar solution is placed. It has an opening just big enough for the hummingbird to put its long beak. But the solution is really just an energy boost for the hummingbird. A hummingbird’s main diet is gnats and other small bugs. Here’s a hint when choosing a hummingbird feeder. Choose one that can be taken apart easily. Your feeder needs to be cleaned every three-to-four days due to the unfortunate clotting habit of the sugar and water solution. If you are a Woody fan, you might consider a peanut feeder. Woodpeckers, starlings and titmice are big fans of peanuts. But be sure you purchase the peanuts from a dealer that supplies aflatoxin-free peanuts. Aflatoxin fungus can cause disease and death for some birds. Also, make sure the peanut feeder is built to keep out squirrels. Squirrels are the biggest enemy to the peanut feeder. Hopper feeders are the type of feeder most people picture in their mind when they think of a bird feeder. Most look like a small house and have a tray at the bottom. Tray feeders attract chickadees, sparrows and blue jays. Sunflower seeds are the most popular feed for tray feeders. The bigger the feeder, the easier they are to clean. Next on the agenda, tube feeders. Most tube feeders are made of a clear plastic and have holes drilled in the side with a small perch beside each hole to make the seed accessible to the bird. Tube feeders attract a large variety of smaller birds like finches, titmice and grosbeaks. When buying a tube feeder, look for ones with a large storage capacity. Also look for feeders with metal reinforcing to help keep out squirrels and larger birds. A tube feeder with a tray at the bottom will help catch the seeds that fall when the messy birds come to dinner. Tray feeders are the simplest and least expensive types of feeders. They can be as simple as a plate from your kitchen cupboard. Because they hold less seed than other types of feeders, the ones made close to the ground are usually best. Tray feeders attract sparrows, doves, cardinals and other birds that prefer eating close to mother earth. When purchasing a tray feeder, look for ones that allow for drainage in case it rains. But the number one thing you should look for when purchasing a feeder of any kind is convenience. Make sure they are easy to clean, easy to refill and durable. From personal experience, I have learned that once the birds get used to being fed in the same place at the same time every day, you can’t get rid of the little buggers. You may use this article as long as the 3 URLs are hyperlinked. Allen Shaw is a successful author who provides information on birds, bird feeders and tips on buying a feeder. “I am the news director at USA News Network and have been working as freelance writer for 2 years. Married or Maiden Name? Behind the Last Name (Change)

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

By Cori Locklin Suffering From Identity Crisis? Call it the precursor to the Mommy Wars, the name change debate can be just as ruthless, just as grievous, and that seemingly perfect solution, just as elusive. Granted, for many women the name game is a non-issue. In fact, The Lucy Stone League, an organization named after a woman who refused to take her husband’s name when she married in 1855, estimates about 90 percent of women marrying today will drop their own name to take their husband’s. Hmmmm so is the great debate merely a grand illusion leftover from bra-burning second wave feminists of the 1970s? Hardly. Because while most women say I do to taking their husbands last name, a great many of them struggle with the concept and the decision. A quick glance at some online forums dedicated to the topic affirmed that this is still a hot button issue with judgment, perceived or actual, running rampant on both sides of the proverbial fence. Even those brides who didnt agonize over the decision are painfully aware of potential ramifications of their married name and judgments the other camp may inflict; Oh you took his last name? Well, isnt that so 1950s house-wifey of you! And the condemnation is by no means exclusive to one side From the other side, you may hear, So you hyphenated your last name? Are you that insecure that you feel the need to assert your independence with every penned signature? And so on and so forthThe judgment of women by fellow women seems to begin with the name change and continues through to the next hot button issue whether or not to work outside the home. And we all know that no one is going to solve these issues any time soon. Thus, its understandable that many engaged women struggle with the notion of the impending name change. If you are one of those women who cant seem to find that easy answer - that perfect solution - relax in knowing that youre not the first woman to wrestle with the concept, and you most certainly wont be the last. Reasons Women Resist Changing your name is never easy; you must get a new drivers license, passport, and credit cards. Then slowly you change subscriptions, membership cards, address books The process is inconvenient and time consuming, but this doesnt even factor how long it takes psychologically to accept a new married name as your true identity. The root of the dissonance lies deeper. Identity - Lets face it the thought of changing the name thats stamped on your birth certificate can seem like a door slamming shut on the woman that was. For many women this is a tough psychological transition to accept. Cultural Significance - Some women, particularly from strong ethnic backgrounds, consider their maiden names a testament to a proud cultural background strongly tied to their character. Any other name would be an inaccurate depiction of their cultural identity. A woman of Asian descent, for example, may find it absurd to transform suddenly into a Smith or a Jones. Family History - A rich and storied family background may have bore a woman a name wrought with historical meaning signifying generations of ancestors who overcame countless obstacles to flourish in a new world. She may have a strong personal connection to such a name that shes not quite ready to shake. Professional Consideration - For women who have literally built names for themselves professionally, they may find a name change too difficult or too costly for their careers. Lineage - Many women feel a strong urge to ensure their family name lives on. Perhaps you are the last in your generation who can pass down the family moniker and dont want to be the cause of a dying breed. Aesthetics - Yes, we all laughed at Julia Gulia, but many women do face the prospect of marrying into a name that either sounds ridiculous with their first name (a number of jokes come to mind), or a name that is extremely difficult to pronounce or spell. If youve been a Jones all of your life, going to a 5-syllable name may prove a tough transition. Societal Implications - For some, the tradition of the woman changing her name upon marriage seems patriarchal and signifies a change in ownership from father to husband. You may ask why society still practices such a symbolically oppressive tradition in these supposedly modern times. Options Galore Just like the number of potential personal reasons behind the internal struggle, the range of naming options varies. Before making a hasty decision, realize that there a number of ways you can go in finding a name that fits. Maiden in the Middle - Take his name but replace your middle name with your maiden name. You can still have both names without the often-awkward hyphen. Implications - This is a great way to honor both your maiden name and your hubbys. You will still have to go through the process of changing your name, however, and if you feel this solution does not properly address the societal implications of female ownership, this option may not work for you. You may also really like your middle name and hesitate to lose it. Pass it On - Take his name and give your maiden name to one of your children, either as a first or middle name. Implications - This is another good way to pay homage to your maiden name and ensure that it survives at least one more generation. Again, if you have concerns with the idea of changing your last name at all, this may not be the solution for you. A Night and Day Difference - Keep your maiden name professionally and his name socially. You can go ahead and officially change your name, while keeping your maiden name at work and in professional circles (many celebrities do this). Implications - This option seems like a good compromise, but realize that many people will get confused, especially if a lot of your social network is comprised of professional acquaintances and vice versa. Have it All - Add his name to the end of yours essentially creating two middle names for yourself. You dont always have to go by all four, and you will both have the same last name without the confusing hyphen. Implications - You will still essentially have his last name; if this is a problem for you, this may not be a solution. You may also find that your maiden name gets lost amongst the four names over time. Call in the Hyphen - Use a hyphen to link your last name with your husbands. Implications - This option lets you have the best of both worlds, but can be tough on the tongue and even the ear. Of course, there is also the whole conundrum: Mrs. Long-Smith marries Mr. Tom-Jones, and they have a son named Mr. Tom-Jones-Long-Smith. Because of this, many perceive the hyphen as merely a one-generation solution. Also, consider the fact that your immediate family will all have different last names. There is something very unifying about introducing the bunch as The Anderson Family. Get Creative - Create a new name either hyphenated or a new name altogether that you both share. Implications - The epitome of fairness and compromise, this option solves the problem of multiple last names for the same family. However, if you were originally hesitant to give up your identity to take his last name, taking on a completely random identity with no ties to either of you may seem senseless. His and Hers - Keep your name both of you will have different last names entirely Implications - By keeping your name as is, you can forego the whole name change process. You stay you; he stays himself. Amazingly enough in these seemingly modern times, however, having a different last name from your husband can cause confusion. What will you name your children? And regardless of how many people you inform that you have kept your maiden name, some will still refer to you as Mrs. Husbandslastname. You will need to be prepared to handle this gracefully when correcting people. Go Mod. - Keep your name and he takes your name. Implications - Well, why not?? Women have been doing it for centuries, so its about time the tables turned. But lets face it - even in these modern times - the idea of a man taking his wifes last name can seem outrageously out-there to some. He may face some ridicule from his friends, and his family may or may not be supportive of the idea. And if you are insistent that your taking his last name is oppressive, why is it any less oppressive for him to have to take yours? Go Traditional - Take his name and join the ranks of 90% of women getting married today. Implications - Convenience-wise, taking his name will make your life easier (you wont have to explain to countless strangers that yes, you really are married, and yes, little Tom and Jane really are your children. Deep down, many women see doing so as an act of love and commitment, not something to be judged in terms of gender politics. If being perceived as old-fashioned and dependent are whats stopping you, assert your independence and ignore it. Instead, consider taking your husbands name a sign of entering new stage in life, for there arent too many instances when its perfectly acceptable and even encouraged to shed your old skin and embrace a fresh new beginning. Of course, if letting go of your maiden name just doesnt feel quite right for you dont fight it for traditions sake (see above for possible alternative solutions!) Things to Remember Regardless of the name you choose, invite your future husband into your internal dialogue. If the decision is troublesome for you, alert him from the beginning and discuss with him your reasons for debating the name change. The final decision should be one that is comfortable for both of you and to heck with the rest of them! And just what can we take away from the sea of perplexities and countless naming options? Its important to realize that a womans identity is not ultimately tied to her last name. Many women who take their husbands last name are far from traditionalists. Likewise, not every woman who keeps her maiden name or some combination of both possesses the feminist fire of a Lucy Stone. So yes, pondering whether to change our last names often involves an internal struggle, but we women should delight in knowing that our true character is more complex than a name. If the perfect solution proves elusive, rest assured that regardless of the name you take you will always be yourself in all your mannerisms, quirks and idiosyncrasies that make you uniquely you. Antidepressant Side Effects - What You Need to Know

Monday, March 17th, 2008

By Stan Rogers Antidepressant side effects can be quite serious for some patients, so it’s important to learn about all the potential adverse reactions before taking any medication to treat depression. Although most people only experience a few mild, short-lived problems, these drugs can cause more serious health complications in some patients. The most common side effects of antidepressants include blurred vision, dry mouth, skin rashes, drowsiness or insomnia, constipation or diarrhea, weight gain or loss, urinary retention, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, nervousness or agitation. More serious, adverse side effects are evidenced by seizures, heart attack, stroke or inflammation and/or toxicity of the liver. Combining antidepressant drugs can cause death. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) must never be taken with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) as it can be a lethal mix. If you are treating your depression by taking MAOIs you also need to avoid smoked, fermented and pickled foods and certain beverages. It is obvious that if you are going to use an antidepressant side effects must be taken into account and you must be aware of all the risks. For many people, the side effects of antidepressants can be managed by adjusting the dose. If the problem can be treated with a lower dosage, it follows that the negative reactions you may be experiencing will be reduced to some degree. As we mention above, the most common issues tend to resolve themselves after a few days or perhaps a week so keep that in mind. Of course, if it is something that persists or something that you can’t tolerate, make sure you speak with your doctor to see if he or she recommends lowering the dosage or perhaps switching to another medication. Because of all of the potential antidepressant side effects, more and more people are turning to natural options such as 5-HTP, SAMe, ginkgo and other supplements. Some of these have been shown in clinical studies to help alleviate depression, anxiety and stress, and might be a viable alternative to pharmaceutical drugs for some people. If you are contemplating taking pharmaceutical drugs to alleviate depression, take the time to research the side effects of antidepressants. The information is readily available and you need to be informed before you make a choice involving serious potential risks. Before deciding on any treatment options, discuss the problem with your doctor. He or she will help you decide if medication is right for you, or if perhaps a natural alternative can help treat your depression.
